Requirements to rent the cart: minimum 20 people – $20 per person. $275 cart rental fee includes set up, break down, travel time to and from event (within a 60 mile radius) and 3 hours of service by a Roots & Ritual team member. Includes bottomless for charcuterie for all guests on a single serving board or charcuterie cup.

We can create a custom charcuterie experience based on your preferences curating the cart menu with any charcuterie ingredients. A typical cart menu will include 12-14 charcuterie items: normally 4-6 types of artisan cheese, 2-3 meats, nuts, fresh and dried fruits, two types of crackers, chocolate covered berries or another bitesize sweet treat, honey, dips and jams. We are happy to make recommendations of guest favorites.
Of course we can get creative with the cart menu: other concepts for the cart include: a cupcake or mini bar, fresh veggie crudité station, a candy station, waffle on a stick with a variety of toppings, etc.
We are building a second and third cart as we look to form lasting partnerships with local Orlando businesses to feature our carts on certain days of the month in their location to attract and entertain customers. We will serve charcuterie cups and small boxes to guests, who can select which ingredients they would like in their cup or box from the cart. Once a popup is planned, we will collaborate with our partner to post about it on social platforms and our upcoming event cart calendar.
